Greek Letter organizations have existed at Eastern Michigan University since the mid-1800s. Since then, the community has recognized the importance and values associated with fraternal organizations and continues to grow.
Learn about the history of EMU's Greek Life here.
Today, the community consists of 4 councils made up of approximately 600 students. The College Panhellenic Council (CPC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) pride themselves on their individuality, while promoting a community of a shared mission and values.
