EagleSync System Upgrade

The EagleSync platform will be getting an update this summer! The new version will provide more user-friendly features and generally have a cleaner, more intuitive look. In order to undergo the update, the EagleSync system will be offline from June 14 to approximately July 25. This means that any business for your organization, other than Event Requests, will need to occur before June 13 or after July 25. 

In preparation for the upgrade organizations and department portals should: 

  • If you are not up to date with Campus Life, update your portal and executive board positions.
  • Save all important documents/constitutions to an external location as a precaution.
  • Delete old forms/files on your portal that are no longer used.
  • Remove old members from the “People” tab.
    *Please note that if you are out of date and fail to update your e-board positions before the migration, your organization may be frozen in the Fall due to not completing the required annual update.*

The New EagleSync App 

Since we are no longer using OrgSync, the EagleSync app will also be upgrading. The app that compliments the new system is called Corq. You will be able to download it while the system is upgrading but all the organization and event data will not be available until after July 25. 

EagleSync training

Multiple training opportunities for anyone with questions post update will be offered and we will also provide an overview of the changes at SOLAR Kickoff on September 16th. Please check back after July 25 for training opportunities. 

Event Requests during 6/14 - 7/25

Should your organization need to submit an Event Request while EagleSync is offline you may fill out this Temporary Special Event Form. You can submit the form to Event Planning in Student Center, Suite 312 or electronically by emailing it to [email protected]
