Feeling Stressed? Worn out? Come to a FREE Workshop!

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is offering three free workshops to help students learn how two survive and cope with stressful situations.

When:  November 13th, November 20th, and December 4th from 12:00 noon-1:30pm.

November 13th– Students will be able to identify sources of stress in their lives, how they react to stress, and learn skills to better manage stress. Also, they will learn how to bring joy into their lives, and begin taking care of themselves.      

November 20th– Students will learn to understand and cope with their emotions, as well as how to apply mindfulness techniques to their daily lives.      

December 4th– Students will learn how thoughts can affect their stress levels, and learn how to cope with crises and strong emotions.
