MAJ Eunicia Cawthon enlisted in the United States Army in 1989 and served as a Human Resource Specialist in the 24th Infantry Division out of Fort Stewart, GA.  She maintained her active duty status until 1998.  Upon her departure from Active Duty, she joined corporate America to pursue her goals in the information technology arena.  Several years later, as a second term, she rejoined the military, commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army Reserve in 2008.  
Her second term operational assignments were multiple S3 positions in 319th Signal Battalion, Sacramento, CA whereas she also transitioned to be the Commander and 3rd BDE Drill Sergeant Command- Roanoke, VA. She was the Deputy G6 at Fort McCoy, WI in the 86th Training Division and the Deputy G3/7 for Training in 335th Signal Theater Command (Provisional).  Her military educational opportunities track completion of Signal Captain’s Career Course, BDE S6 course and the Functional Area 26B Cyber Engineering Course. 

MAJ Cawthon is currently single and has a daughter, Jessica; son-in-love, Tommie; and four grandsons, Riley, Sean, Uriah and Taj.
