  • The Director of the Center for Health Disparities Innovations and Studies, Dr. Tsu-Yin Wu, received the 2021Cancer Prevention Laurel Award for Health Equity for her innovative methods to increase health equity in cancer prevention and screenings. Dr. Wu was selected for this award based on her work identifying and implemented innovations that advance health equity by improving or expanding services at the community level.
