Professional

Kevin Geltz joined Eastern Michigan University in July 2014 as an assistant professor and later earned tenure and was promoted to associate professor in June 2019.

He is a physician assistant with 22 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, practicing with an urban, underserved patient population in Detroit. He has been a clinical preceptor for PA students and involved in PA education throughout his career.

Mr. Geltz previously held an appointment as clinical coordinator/assistant professor at Wayne State University in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies from 2002-2014.
