Paula is a Part-Time Lecturer and has been teaching at EMU for 16 years. With over 20 years of social work experience, Paula has dedicated much of her professional career to working with children and families in the juvenile justice system and teaching future social workers at EMU.  Paula’s areas of interest and expertise include working with vulnerable populations, policy analysis and advocacy, evidenced based trauma informed care and practices, strengths based and restorative practices, and community collaboration.
