Student Advocacy Center of Michigan will be holding a live storytelling fundraiser on April 25, 2014 6:30-8:30pm at Washtenaw Community College Towsley Auditorium, Morris Lawrence Building, please see attached flyer for detailed information:  Telling Tales out of School 

Ypsilanti P.R.I.D.E. Day will take place on Saturday May 17th:  Ypsi P.R.I.D.E. (People Restoring Image and Developing the Environment) Day is a community-wide event intended to foster community pride and encourage local business growth by creating a clean and welcoming environment.  Eastern has been designated five sites to clean up!  The Water Tower, our campus, Depot Town, Penn Place Park, and Frog Island.  Volunteers will spend the morning picking up litter, painting, planting flowers, and beautifying the Ypsilanti Community.  After the clean-up, volunteers are treated to lunch and entertainment at the Post-Event Celebration at North Bay Park.  If you are interested in volunteering, please register online at ypsipride
