She has trained employees in hospital billing, providing stellar customer service to patients and developed team work programs. Additionally, Karen has developed tutorials and classes for employees on listening and organizational change. As a lecturer, Karen has translated her programs and experience from the hospital setting to the classroom where students find her classes full of energy with real life examples they can resonate with.
