John Fovenesi

Professional History

John has over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurial and business consulting matters, from global organizations, to entrepreneurs with multi-million dollar ideas, to minority-based initiatives. In addition, John owned and operated a TMT franchise with his son for over seven years, participating on their advisory board and annual franchisee meetings. He has also been a subject matter expert at MACPA and other events for the industry for over 25 years.

After graduating from Eastern Michigan University, John began his professional career with Deloitte and Touche. In his 24 years with the firm, John became a partner, and worked on high visibility clients such as Chrysler (15 years) and the $ 1.3 Billion Loan Guarantee Bail Out Program. He was at the firm's national technical office for two years, dealing with leading edge accounting, auditing, SEC and other regulatory issues, and participated in the National Health Care practice in providing training on technical, consultative and reimbursement issues.

John is now a retired partner with 24 years of experience with Deloitte & Touche. For his more than 400 clients he has done:

John then spent ten years as vice president (CFO/EVP) of EASi, a global minority-owned 400-person software, engineering and IT solutions company serving the engineering and IT needs of the Global 20 OEMs. Over those ten years, EASi was awarded a Top Ten Global supplier award from Ford, developed: a 125-person on-site IT and engineering staff; a 150-person in-house and offshore solutions group; and a 125-person offshore software development group. Multiple engineering software were launched, over multiple platforms, for over 20 OEMs and 20 automotive suppliers.

For the following eight years, John was a director with Lexington Capital Group and Imperium Global Partners, which is an international advisory, investment and trading company. It includes three Navy Seals, one who has received the 1988 Nobel Peace Prize, and another who launched and became president of a GE finance and leasing company. This company represents more than 50 small and medium company products in the global market place.

John is currently a director of 24 Seven Advisory Services LLC, which is providing advisory services to a number of operations, from the energy shot industry to child-care funding, and other entrepreneurial activities.
