Our Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development was recognized as the number one "Master's Program with Emphasis in HR" in hr.com's 2021 LEAD Awards. The MSHROD curriculum is designed to prepare students to understand and apply human resource practices for greater employee satisfaction and performance, improving overall organizational effectiveness. The program is flexible and may be pursued on a full- or part-time basis. Classes are available in hybrid and online formats.
The GMAT/GRE will be waived for qualified applicants to this masters program through the 2024-25 academic year. Applicants must meet all other admission criteria. For more information, email [email protected].
