Online Master's Degree in Learning Technology and Design

The mission of the online Master of Arts in Learning Technology and Design program is to prepare professionals who are capable of facilitating learning and training in a variety of settings.

The program is available fully online and is designed to provide students with both the knowledge base and the application skills required to use technology effectively in a variety of settings from K-12 education to higher education, adult education, and training in both business and community settings.

Focusing on the design, development, management and evaluation of instructional systems moves us toward achieving our mission. 

Program Highlights

  • Increase your skills as a trainer, teacher, and/or consultant.
  • Use learning sciences to develop highly effective training and instruction.
  • Complete the entire program online!


The curricular requirements include a minimum of 30 graduate-level hours, to be distributed among the following:
