Marketing & Design Project Timelines

Materials for all University-wide initiatives/campaigns must be designed by the professional design team in the Division of Communications. 

The design team must have enough lead time in order to produce high-quality, well-branded materials and successfully complete each project. Below are estimates of the amount of time each project requires. This timeline does not include the amount of time that an outside vendor (printer, T-shirt company, etc.) would need to print or produce final pieces, so please consider that when making your request. Last-minute requests cannot be fulfilled.
