Viewing Your Earnings History

Employees can use the Pay Information menu to view the details of year-to-date earnings, including any applicable regular, sick, bereavement, vacation leave, or holiday pay.

Follow these directions to view your earnings history:

  1. Navigate to the Employee Services menu. See Employee Services Menu Overview.
  2. Click the Pay Information link.

  3. The Pay Information menu is displayed. Click the Earnings History link.

  4. The Select Earnings to View page is displayed. Click the From Date pull-down arrow and choose a date from the list.
  5. Click the To Date pull-down arrow and choose a date from the list.
  6. Click the Display button.

  7. The View Earnings page is displayed.

  8. When you are finished, click the Employee tab to return to the Employee menu.
