In general, the quality plan is a conscientious effort on the part of CM program faculty and administration to evaluate the unit in a comprehensive manner. The plan is based on the program mission, which in turn leads to the development of goals in support of the mission and objectives in support of the goals. These goals and objective are shaped and influenced by input from a variety of sources. While some sources and procedures are more formal, valuable input is also acquired in less structured ways. The chart below depicts the quality plan of the CM program.
