EMU faculty, staff and students will be on hand to ignite imaginations and open up a variety of topics from intellectual pursuits to athletic achievement. Available camps will be listed below as they are open for registration.

[email protected] produces camps in two ways:

  • Partnership Camps - These camps are partnership camps in which an external entity such as Lincoln Consolidated Schools, American Promise or Girls on the Run employ [email protected] in designing, developing and implementing a high-quality camp. These camps can be week-long residential or month-long non-residential programs.
  • Public Camps -Public camps are open enrollment camps put on in collaboration with the Rec/IM, EMU esports, Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan, and the Ann Arbor YMCA to name a few. These camps are promoted and all are welcome to register!

2022 Camp scholarships are available, contact [email protected]

  • Girls in Engineering Academy Residential Camp

Eastern Michigan University and [email protected] reopened their doors to host the Girls in Engineering Academy (GEA) Residential Camp. This camp has been virtual for the past two years due to COVID, and since returning in person, 40 7th and 9th-grade girls have had an on-hand experience in taking the next steps toward building a career in STEM and engineering.
