Matching Gift Efforts

  • Student Emergency Fund

    Give Now

Eastern Michigan's Student Emergency Fund provides critical funding to help students stay in school when they are faced with unexpected hardships such as a medical emergency or car accident. EMU Student Government is putting up $5 for every student gift made of at least $5 on #GIVINGTRUEDAY! Support this critical need and double your investment! You are also invited to stop by the Student Center, Mark Jefferson Science Complex or Pray-Harrold between noon and 3 p.m. on Dec. 3 to say THANK YOU! There will be cookies and prizes available.

  • College of Business Student Org Travel Fund

    Give Now

COB students gain access to valuable professional development opportunities via the Student Organization Travel Fund. Once again, Alumnus Keith Mantis (BS76) will match dollar-for-dollar every gift made to the fund up to $10,000! Due to last year’s successful fundraising effort, students Anthony Levesque and Collin Clem took home a first place trophy for financial analysis at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida! We want to create more of these opportunities for students like Anthony and Collin.

  • BathHouse Reading Series 2019

    Give Now

This year donors will have the opportunity to double the impact of their investment through a 1:1 dollar match from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA). This special match will benefit future BathHouse reading events, and will help the BathHouse program continue to provide high quality arts and cultural programming for the campus and community.
The Creative Writing Program's BathHouse Reading Series is LBC (Learning Beyond the Classroom) approved and features writers and artists performing and discussing their works. The BathHouse series showcases innovative approaches to writing, improvised and interactive performances, exhibits, collaborations, and discussions on the role of art in contemporary life.
