New Students

Congratulations on your admission and welcome to Graduate Studies at Eastern Michigan University!

One of the best ways to make your transition to graduate school life is to attend orientation. You will receive valuable information and get a chance to meet faculty, staff and fellow students.

Use our New Graduate Student To-Do List to prepare before you arrive on campus and to ensure you stay on track as you acclimate.

Once admitted, you will need to register for classes. You can register online or in person at the Office of Records and Registration. Each student must activate a my.emich account using their student ID and PIN number.
