The Office of the Dean coordinates international initiatives within the College. We maintain collaborative partnerships that share responsibilities for creating and maintaining international agreements, and facilitating international teaching, learning, research, and service experiences. English as a Second Language, preparing international students, scholars and professionals to effectively use English language skills and academic strategies to confidently and successfully participate in academic study in university programs
The Office for International Students and Scholars , welcoming, assisting and advising international students and scholars in their unique educational and personal goals
Academic Programs Abroad : Choose from short-term programs that range from one to four weeks and are led by EMU faculty during winter and summer semesters, or try a semester, summer or year abroad with one of our partner institutions across the globe. EMU students can also apply scholarships and financial aid awards toward the programs.
The Department of World Languages , promoting the language acquisition necessary for the understanding of and successful participation in multicultural societies. Through learner-centered approaches, the Department strives to foster in students awareness of the nature of language and culture
