Self Care Portal
Request access: To use the VoIP Self-Care portal, you must first request access using this link. (Login with NetID, if prompted.)
Note: In the summer of 2014 Cisco upgraded the Call Manager application. Now called Unified Communications Self Care Portal, it has a more user friendly interface. Consequently, the instruction have changed and the Fast Dial feature is no longer available.
From the online Self Care Portal you can manage the following features for each of the VoIP phones:
- Forward Calls to a different number or to voice messages.
- Create Speed/Abbreviated Dial settings
- Create a PIN
- Create a Phone Contacts list
- Activate Do not Disturb
Note: The Phone Services PIN fields under General Settings do note change your voice message PIN. A voice message PIN is changed in the voice message application.
Use the menu on the right to access instructions for the features listed above.
CM will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of non-use. The log in screen will reappear and you can log in again if you wish to continue using CM.
