COVID-19 Update

IT Help Desk staff are primarily working remotely. We are available by phone and email. Additionally, I.T. services are available through the   I.T. Service Portal . In person support is available by appointment only and after it is determined that the needed support cannot be provided remotely.


I.T. Help Desk

I.T. Help DeskWe provide a wide range of computer support for students, faculty, and staff. This includes support for Google Mail and G Suite, My.Emich, EMU Wireless, university owned computers, university licensed software, and ResNet assistance for students living in the residence halls.

On holidays and other days when the university is closed, the I.T. Help Desk is also closed. The university calendar shows when the university is open

Phone and email Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Intersession (days between semesters when the university is open but classes are not held) hours:

  • Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
