During the campus closure, IT Help Desk staff are working remotely. We are available by phone and email. Additionally, I.T. services are available through the   I.T. Service Portal

I.T. Help DeskWe provide a wide range of computer support for students, faculty, and staff. This includes support for Google Mail and G Suite, My.Emich, EMU Wireless, university owned computers, university licensed software, and ResNet assistance for students living in the residence halls.

We strive to meet customer expectations including priority rankings, associated turn around times, details on what is supported, and what information is needed to resolve a  problem. View Service Level Expectations for more information.

Phone and email services are available when the university is open


  • Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Intersession (days when classes are not held) hours:

  • Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
