GUAPMNU - Creating a Banner Personal Menu

Use the General Maintenance form (GUAPMNU) to create a personal menu associated with your username. A personal menu is a shortcut way to access all the forms you use when performing daily tasks.

Follow these directions to change information in GUAPMNU:

    1. From the Banner Main menu, type the form name in the Go To... box press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

    2. The form is displayed. Click in the first blank Object field on the right-hand side of the screen and type a form name.
    3. To enter additional form names, click the Next Record button and repeat the steps.

      Note: The Description field will be filled in automatically. To remove a form name from your personal menu, select the form name you want to work with, then click Record on the menu bar and Remove from the list.
    4. Click the Save button on the toolbar.

    5. When you are finished, click the Exit button on the toolbar to return to the Banner Main menu.

Note: To see changes to your personal menu, you must exit Banner and log back in. Once you have logged back in, your personal menu will be listed under My Banner in the Banner Main menu. See  Logging Out of Banner (INB)  for more information.
