SFASTCA - Viewing a List of Registration Activity

Use the Student Course Registration Audit form (SFASTCA) to view a list or audit trail of registration activity including who registered the student, when the student was registered, and whether registration was in INB or via the web.

Follow these directions to view information in SFASTCA:

  1. From the Banner Main menu, type the form name in the Go To... box press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

  2. The form is displayed. Type the term code in the Term field.

    Note: To search for a term code, click the Term field pull-down arrow. A list of term codes are displayed. Locate and double-click the code to return to the form and display it in the Term field. See Glossary of Banner Codes and Fields for more information about term codes.
  3. If necessary, search for the student. See Searching for a Person by ID or Name for more information.
  4. Click the Next Block button on the toolbar.

  5. The first information block is displayed. Use the Vertical scroll bar to navigate through all the registration activity.
  6. Review the value in the Course Status field to determine the registration status (e.g, registered, dropped, withdrawal, etc.); review the Error Flag field to determine an error occurred during registration or if a permission/override was given; review the Message field to determine the error message, if any, the student received when attempting to register for the section.     Note: Use the Vertical and Horizontal scroll bars to view all of the information.
  7. When you are finished, click the Exit button on the toolbar to return to the Banner Main menu.
