Overview
The Banner Ecosystem consists of a suite of administrative systems that aid faculty, staff, and students when performing critical tasks associated with various supported business processes. Applicants & Students
- Graduate Admission - Locate and view an applicant's admission records.
- Faculty & Staff Resources (Student Information) - View class rosters, class schedules and unofficial transcripts.
- Web Registration Authorizations - Create and maintain authorizations for a student to register for restricted classes
Course Schedules
- Course/Class Schedules - Data for schedule creation is currently done in a centralized manner through Google sheets, created by the Office of Records & Registration.
Business & Finance
- Departmental Accounting & Budgets - Access your department's budgetary numbers and account balances.
- Purchasing - Create and approve purchasing requisitions, change orders, and blanket orders.
- Travel, PCards & eInvoice - Manage payments to vendors, request and report travel, report employee reimbursements, and manage Payment Card activities.
Employee
- Staff Hiring (PAF) - Contact the Labor Relations and HR Partner Services for assistance with staff hiring for positions below the Assistant Director level, including filling out a Personnel Action Form (PAF) and determining where it is in the process.
- Graduate Student Employment (EPAF) - Manage Graduate Student employment Electronic Personnel Action Forms.
- Part-Time Lecturer Pay Setup (FLAC) - Setup Part-Time Lecturer pay by combining schedule information with instructor information to pay them for their teaching assignments.
- Personal Information - Access benefit plans, leave balances, W2 forms, and pay information.
- Student Employment (EPAF) - Manage Student employment Electronic Personnel Action Forms.
- Time Sheet and Leave Reporting - Report, review, and approve work/leave reported by an employee.
