Report Upgrade Testing Issue


To report an upgrade testing issue, please send an email from your @emich.edu email account to it.bannertesting@emich.edu with the following information:

  • Issue description and error messages
  • Impact
  • Detailed steps to recreate issue
  • Attach relevant screenshots

To include relevant non-IT staff on the incident and all related communications, add them as a recipient of the email.

To update incidents you've created:

  • Reply to emails sent from Samanage
  • Use the Samanage web interface here
