Create Multiple Accounts - Text Entry

The Guest Manager application allows you to create multiple guest accounts.

Follow these directions to create multiple guest accounts using text entry:

  1. From the Navigation Menu in the left column, click the Multiple Accounts link. The Multiple Accounts page is displayed.

  2. In the Text Entry field, type the first name of your guest followed by a comma.
  3. Immediately following the comma, type the Last Name of your guest followed by a comma.
  4. Immediately following the comma, type the Company Name of your guest followed by a comma.
  5. Immediately following the comma, type the Country Code of your guest followed by a comma.
  6. Immediately following the comma, type the Phone Number of your guest followed by a comma.
  7. Immediately following the comma, type the Email Address of your guest.
  8. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to add a line and enter information for another guest account.

  9. Click the drop-down arrow for the Timezone field to select a different timezone, if required.
  10. Using the drop-down arrows, set the Start Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time in the corresponding fields.
    Note:  Accounts must start within 30 days of creation and have a maximum duration of 30 days.
  11. Click the Create Bulk Accounts button to create the guest accounts. A confirmation page is displayed, listing the login credentials for the accounts created.

  12. Click the Print All button to print the details for all accounts.
  13. Click the Email All button to email account details to the respective guest email addresses entered during account creation. You will receive a copy of the emails if you configured this option on the Preferences tab under My Settings.
  14. Click the Download CSV button to download a spreadsheet containing login credentials for all accounts created.
