Logging in to Sites Created After October 2017
If your site was created after 2017, you will log in by scrolling to the bottom of the page you would like to edit and clicking the lock icon at the bottom. We'll walk you through that in the steps below.
IMPORTANT UPDATE – PLEASE READ: Omni CMS to require VPN connection for off-campus users
Due to a recent DDoS attack, the Omni CMS server has been placed behind a firewall. This change will require all off-campus users to be connected via a virtual private network (VPN) to make website edits. To gain access to the EMU VPN, please visit the AnyConnect VPN webpage on the Division of Information Technology's website and submit the VPN Access Request form. After your request has been approved, you can download the software and instructions at the AnyConnect VPN webpage. NOTE: On-campus users who are connected to the EMU network will not require a VPN connection.

Step by Step Instructions
- Navigate to either the homepage or the page you would like to edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the lock icon link at the bottom of the page (to the right of our copyright disclaimer.)
- The page will go to the Omni CMS Login page.
- Type your My.Emich username in the username field and your My.Emich password in the password field.
- Click the login button.
