EMU Rec/IM Center Facilities

Facilities

The Olds/Robb Rec/IM complex is connected to the Warner Building and Bowen Fieldhouse is one of the largest recreational facilities in Michigan, spanning five stories and over 188,000 square feet. It is the perfect facility to host a variety of gatherings, including graduation and birthday parties, holiday events, and tournaments!

Student Organizations: To place a reservation, please fill out this Reservation Form.

Other Organizational Requests: Visit our Reservation Form to submit a reservation request for a specific space within the Rec.

Locker rentals

Lockers can be rented at a reasonable rate! Please visit Memberships to view rates and our front desk to reserve your space today.

TABLING inside the rec

EMU Departments & student organizations have the ability to host lobby tables on the 1st floor lobby or 3rd floor lounge. To request for your organization to table at the Rec/IM, please review and sign the Table Reservation Policies Form.

*All form(s) must be completed at least two weeks prior to the event date. After completing the form(s), please email them to Don Gillette for more information.

Outdoor Basketball Courts in University Park

Part of our newest addition to the Recreational Facilities, our two newly constructed basketball courts provide the entire EMU community opportunities to engage in intramurals, club sports, and everyday recreational activities. Located at the heart of campus and in the middle of University Park, the courts are have been used for the University's main events including Eaglefest, Eagle Challenge, and Recharge at the Rec.
