Interests and Expertise

As an athlete Grace has been participating in group fitness at the REC/IM since the fall of 2014, and has been instructing since the spring of 2017. Fitness has always been a passion throughout her life, and her coaching includes a background in team sports and 15 years of classical ballet training. Today Grace's interests include distance running and lifting, along with spinning which remains her passion. Her goal as a group fitness instructor is to make every class equally fun, educational, and challenging. Each class creates a unique opportunity to kindle a community of athletes prepared to better themselves and one another through physical fitness. Grace strives to foster an environment where athletes are able to become stronger both physically and mentally inside and outside the spin room.
