Jade graduated from EMU with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. She is now working on her Master's degree in Health Education, with a focus on Women's Health. She is currently a Graduate Assistant at the Rec/IM, overseeing the fitness programs and fitness employees.

With a Personal Training certificate from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Jade applies her knowledge on the science of the body to find positive results. She began dancing at the age of 3 and continues to apply movement concepts and body awareness to offer a total mind and body workout.

While working at EMU, Jade found a passion for working with college students. She believes that individuals in college are building their foundation; that while in college, people create the habits that they will carry on for most of their adult years. She aims to support students striving to become their optimal selves.

Jade explains, "My objective is to educate and motivate individuals with the knowledge and habits they need to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. I believe in a safe and honest journey. I believe that creating strong individual minds is the answer to gaining control over one's life. Together we can develop a new lifestyle for you, through using simple health and fitness concepts and by learning healthy habits such as responsibility, accountability and finding a love for oneself."

Jade's Philosophy:
"What you put in, you get out."
