Interests and Expertise

Certifications:
American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer
Fulfilled Continuing Education Credits in strength training for older adults

I am interested in working with clients on strength training and muscle tone, in pursuit of transformation towards a healthier lifestyle and weight management. My desired modes of exercise are weight‐training based primarily on excellence in elementary bodyweight exercises, with progressions towards greater resistance training; as well as intensive cardiovascular exercise, including quickness/agility/plyometrics.

I was inspired to become a Personal Trainer based on a passion for the amazing strengthening and healing effects of exercise. Fitness training is in the family for me. My father is also a Personal Trainer and had a strong influence on my decision to pursue this career myself. He presented to me an awesome and motivating story of prayer and resilience. Early in my life, he was diagnosed with a nervous system autoimmune disorder called Guillian Barre Syndrome. Through a miraculous recovery, he learned much about the resilience and the will to move. His story inspired me to do this, and I hope to be able to inspire others to engage in the fun and rewarding challenge of exercise.
