Interests and Expertise

If you are willing to put in the work, I can give you the tools for success. Functional fitness is the main focus of my training program, I have the knowledge and experience to help anyone achieve their training goals in a healthy and efficient way. I previously worked on telephone/electrical poles and smashed down walls in a construction setting. I can sympathize with the average aches and pains of the daily grind.
I did not realize that the saying ‘if you don’t use it you lose it’ was true until I started to work my body purposefully.
What do I mean? I found out that as I exercised more and more, little aches and pains from the job were not so
present. This was mainly from the strength I gained from “purposeful” exercise. Not necessarily exercising to look
good, but to be stronger. This led to a change in the way my mind works and the way I view using my body.
I started exercising every day, and one day, I joined the United States Marine Corps. Six years later, two
deployments, and traveling around the world a total of seven times, I expanded my knowledge and experience on the
purpose of exercise. Now, while I am attending Eastern as a full time student and pursuing a degree in Dietetics I
want to help all who wish to learn from me.
