Rec/IM membership and 18 years or older required for training services.
All students are encouraged to take advantage of their FREE 30-minute orientation with a wellness coach or personal trainer to find out how the Rec/IM can help them achieve their goals. We’d love to see Rec/IM student staff make an appointment.
The Rec/IM offers individualized personal training sessions conducted by certified personal trainers. These professionals will develop customized workouts to best fit your needs and guide you to your fitness goals. There are a variety of services and packages available to meet the diverse needs of the University and surrounding communities. Our personal trainers are dedicated to your fitness journey and are currently testing virtual personal training options with existing clients. Wellness coaching is free and can help you bridge the gap between where you are now and your goals. By focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being, wellness coaches help you build healthy habits and achieve personal goals.
