Wellbeats

Don't forget to sign up for Wellbeats, the virtual wellness app that students access for FREE with their Rec/IM membership, courtesy of the Division of Student Affairs! Wellbeats offers hundreds of wellness classes from group fitness to nutrition with dozens of diverse instructors. Faculty/Staff are able to access Wellbeats without a membership.
