Charles was hired at the after-school program Advantage Higher Education as its first-ever Esports Instructor during that time. There Charles opened students up to the possibilities in a career in gaming and esports. He brought professionals from the world of esports, from players to team executives. Charles also planned youth events with the Overwatch League team, the New York Excelsior, and the NBA  2K League team, Knicks Gaming. After that ended, Charles created the first-ever middle school esports league curriculum in New York City with the New York Excelsior (now AND BOX). Four schools faced each other in home and away matches for nine weeks playing FIFA and NBA 2K. Charles is also on the Advisory Board for the Michigan High School Esports League with other high school esports programs to advise about the overall league. Charles also was a Volunteer Valorant Team Manager for Agents of Chaos Esports for three months. The team had one top 16 finish in the Vanguard Championship Series Tournament Series during his time.
