Summer & Fall 2023 Registration Appointments

DO NOT attempt to register before your appointment time. During the appointment registration period, you may add/drop at any time during or after your scheduled appointment.

Your appointment time is based on your total earned hours (Winter 2023 hours do not count towards your totals). To verify your total earned hours, see your online Academic Transcript accessible through your my.emich account.

New Undergraduate and Transfer Students

If you are a new undergraduate student for summer or fall 2023, you will not be able to register online. You are required to meet with an advisor before registering.

New first semester (freshmen) students for summer or fall 2023 should visit https://www.emich.edu/admissions/admitted/freshmen-checklist to fill out the EMU Enrollment Form.

All other new undergraduate students should contact their college advising center directly for an appointment. Click on one of the links below to schedule an appointment.

Summer/Fall Registration Tip:

Each academic year, all EMU students are required to complete a mandatory online training program focusing on sexual assault prevention and awareness.

You cannot register for classes until you’ve completed the training! It can take 24-48 business hours before we’re notified and can end your registration hold, so act fast!
Do you have more questions about the training? Visit the Sexual Misconduct Prevention & Response Office’s (formerly Title IX Office) website: https://www.emich.edu/title-nine/training/index.php
