As a courtesy, the Office of Graduate Studies and Research and Institutional Research and Information Management provides email survey distribution services for students conducting online survey research. If you would like to have your survey distributed to individuals within the EMU community, complete the form linked below and submit it to the Office of Graduate Studies and Research, 200 Boone Hall.
