Online Training

All individuals conducting human subject research must complete and pass online human subject protection training via the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) program at http://www.citiprogram.org. An overall score of 80% must be attained to pass the course. CITI completion reports should be downloaded and saved to your IRBNet profile (see IRBNet Guidance on the "Application and Guidance" page for assistance). Completion certificates for individuals listed on the UHSRC application but not shared on the IRBNet project must be individually uploaded as supplemental documents to the IRBNet submission.
