Cancellation Policy

Prior to moving in, a cancellation of the contract can be made in writing to the Housing email account at [email protected] from your email account.

You must include your full legal name, EID number and a reason for the cancellation request. 

Please indicate "Cancel Housing" in your email subject line to ensure prompt processing. 

The $150 prepayment is non-refundable.

Requests for cancellation will not be accepted over the phone.

Once you get keys for your space, you are held to the terms and conditions of the contract. If you would like to see if you can be released from your contract, please see the information on the Contract Details page.
