To be eligible for any of our apartment options for the 2022–2023 academic year, students must reach the age of 20 by 12/31/2022 and have attempted and passed at least 55 credit hours at the time of application.

The laundry room in Munson Apartments is located on the lower level, access through the southest stairwell.
