Cornell Courts Apartments
Near the northwest corner of main campus, Cornell Courts offers ranch-style one and two bedroom apartment options. Furnished units are available on a very limited basis and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cornell units also offer different price-points for 'standard' or 'upgraded' units; availability of each depends on demand.
For the 2020–2021 academic year, only those students who graduated from high school during the 2017–2018 school year or earlier, are eligible for any of the University Apartment options.

Standard vs. Upgraded Price-Points
Units marked as "Standard" have not had significant renovations or updates. These units have older flooring, older cabinets, and older appliances.
Units marked as "Upgraded" have been "refreshed". These units may have a combination of newer flooring, newer cabinets, newer hardware/paint, and newer appliances. They typically do NOT have all of these updates, but have been updated with one or more of these items in the past few years.
*Important note for Family Housing: For Family Housing residents in two-bedroom units, the resident is required to "buy-out" the second bedroom each semester. Please double the posted semester price for your cost per semester.
