Brittany Simon, Graduate Case Manager
Brittany received an Associate in Science degree from Henry Ford and then transferred to Eastern to major in Public Health with a concentration on Community Health Education. She is now working towards a Master's in Public Health because she enjoys her program and attending EMU. Brittany’s focus is on mental health; however, she believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. Working as a case manager, she incorporates the dimensions of wellness into her daily work. The wellness wheel guides that holistic approach. When referring to one area of wellness, you begin to understand how they are all related. Providing this to students with guidance can help deliver optimal health.
Personal wellness recommendation: One of the best ways to help your own wellness could be defining it for yourself. Start by thinking of things that bring you peace and happiness, and incorporate that in your daily life.
