Natalie Morin earned her B.S. in Criminology/Criminal Justice and Sociology, with a Psychology minor at EMU in 2009, graduating magna cum laude.  She is pursuing a non-thesis route basing her two essays on police officers who batter, and racial disparities in the prosecution and application of the death penalty in the United States.  Natalie was awarded a graduate assistantship within the Sociology, Anthropology, & Criminology department in 2012, when she began her graduate studies.  Passions for writing/recording music, urban photography, cooking, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family keep her busy whenever a spare moment presents itself.
