At the institute for the Study of Children, Family and Communities we are committed to creating programs that unlock the potential of young people. 
 

Adolenescen Diversion Program- Supported by the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation Youth Council
This program promotes mentoring and other help for youth coming into contact with the criminal justice system.

 

Bright Futures
Eastern Michigan University's 21st Century Community Learning Center.

Gear Up
The EMU GEAR UP project helps over 800 students attain their dreams of college education.

 

Hamilton Crossing- Family Self Sufficiency
Provide energetic leadership developing and sustaining an innovative family self sufficiency (FSS) program.

 

The SEMIS Coalition
Facilitates school-community partnerships to develop studnets as citizen-stewards of healthy ecologica-social systems.

 

Upward Bound
Upward Bound is a pre-college academic program assigned to provide studnets from Yp;silanti and Willow Run High School

 

CATE LAB

Individualized and group training on adaptive technology is provided in the CATE Lab, through online instruction and on-site at students' homes and work environments.
