The Class List menu is displayed. Click the Class Roster link.
Note: You may be prompted to select a term. See
for more information.
If you did not previously select a section/course reference number (CRN), the Select CRN page is displayed.
Note: Any CRNs you are assigned to as an instructor will be displayed in a list in the Section field. If applicable, you can select a CRN from this list. When you are finished, click the Submit button. If the Section field is not displayed, you are not assigned to any CRNs for the selected term.
To search for a CRN (section), click the Search All Sections link.
The Enter CRN page is displayed. Type the CRN, for the section you want to work with, in the CRN field.
Note: If you don't know the CRN for the section you want to work with, you can type the subject, course and section number in the Subject, Course Number and Section Number fields, respectively. If you fill in all of the fields, the CRN you entered will take priority over the entered subject, course number and section number. To return to the Select CRN page, click the Assigned Courses link at the bottom of the page.
When you are finished, click the Submit button.
Note: The system will remember the CRN you picked until you change it or log out of My.Emich or Self Service.
The Class Roster For: [CRN] is displayed. Click the Download Class Roster button to save the roster as an MS Excel file.
Note: To print the class roster, select File from the menu bar in the browser window and Print from the list.
When you are finished, click the Faculty Services tab to return to the Faculty Services menu.
