EMU offers superior service and support through its Veteran Student Support Services program located in 202 Pierce Hall in the Lt. Col. Charles S. Kettles Military and Veteran Services Resource Center.

Financial Aid
Student veterans will be assisted with the application and appeal process for FAFSA, federal financial aid.
- FAFSA can amount to over $6,000.00 annually that the veteran can use towards education and living expenses.
- 100% of the students in the VSSS program are aware of the Pell grant, and 80% of students in this group are receiving financial aid.
Grad School
The vet center helped prepare me for grad school. It helped give me the confidence to excel in an advanced academic environment."
