Take the Volunteer Challenge

Will you take the challenge?

The volunteer challenge is a fun way for you to get introduced to a variety of social justice issues and actively engage with those issues through volunteer work.

How it works:

All students need to do to participate is complete the sign-up survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/volchallenge and retrieve forms from the VISION office or print them here.

You can participate in one month or every month, it's up to you.

Each month there will be a social justice theme for the volunteer challenge.  All of the volunteer hours completed by a student that month that will be counted toward the challenge must be done with a community partner focused on that issue. A list of those community partners is below.

Each month there will be one volunteer event around the social justice issue hosted by VISION Volunteer Center that can count toward your hours.

Volunteer Challenge Recording Sheets must be filled out for all volunteer hours that will count toward total hours for the monthly Volunteer Challenge, and sheets must be turned into VISION Volunteer Center by the dates provided. Extra recording sheets can be found here. Prizes will be awarded to the winner and runner-up. Prizes are awarded monthly!

Print the Volunteer Challenge Recording Sheets or pick them up in VISION Volunteer Center.
