Sexual Assault Resources

The Women's Resource Center is a space for advocacy and support for survivors of sexual assault.  If you are a survivor or have a friend, loved one, or partner who is a survivor, you can always call or visit the WRC during business hours for emotional support, information, or referrals.  The WRC believes that only the survivor knows what is right for them.  You have the right to consider all of your options without pressure.

We fully support you and whatever path you choose.

The WRC believes in primary prevention and bystander intervention are necessary in order to change the campus climate surrounding gender-based violence.  A variety of existing workshops are available for request.  Additionally, the WRC staff can work with a student group or EMU office in order to tailor a presentation to your needs.  To request a program, please visit the DCI Training page.
