Physical Education Program

EMU's physical education program develops advanced knowledge, values and skills related to healthy lifestyles. Our undergraduate programs are uniquely designed to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge of how to deliver physical education programming to K-12 students with and without disabilities. Our master's programs expand the professional knowledge, skills and leadership qualities of physical educators.

Accreditation

The Master of Science in Physical Education Pedagogy program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education and approved by the Michigan Department of Education for the preparation of education personnel.
