The Help Desk provides a wide range of computer support for students, faculty, and staff. This includes support for EagleMail, My.emich, EMU Wireless, university owned computers, university licensed software, and ResNet assistance for students living in the residence halls.

Help Desk Location and Fall Semester Hours
The Help Desk provides walk-up, phone, and email services during the Fall semester:
- Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
